Should the Village Homeowner's Associations
Communicate With You Via Email To Save Money?

Remember when faxing a letter was the fastest way to get it sent?

Remember when we used FedEx because the package absolutely, positively had to be there the next day?

Fast forward to today. Email, Twitter, Facebook, IPhones. Not only do we want our information now and fast, we want it at relatively no cost.

Your homeowners associations boards of directors are always looking for ways to reduce expenses so that we can keep our dues as low as possible yet still provide all the services that make our neighborhoods such a special place to live and work and play. One approach we are considering is to compile a list of residents’ email addresses so that we can send important association notices and news at no cost to you. This will be budget-friendly (the cost of email is almost zero) and it will be green (email is environmentally friendly).

We understand that most people do not want more “junk” in their inboxes. We know that some folks do not use email. And we imagine that there are numerous ways we can set this up so that you get the important homeowners association news in the format you wish. Let us know what you think. We want to hear from you.

Contact us through the Carrollwood Village HOA Board Members page or call

our Property Manager, Dan Ruskiewicz, at 600-1100 x113.

We look forward to getting your input.
