New Ideas for Carrollwood Village
In Carrollwood Village our residents are involved in so many creative and innovative activities. Just think of some of the newest projects we’ve seen these last few years - Village Fest, VISTA Gardens, Neighborhood Watch, road median and Village entrance beautification, Millennium Gardens, Carrollwood Cultural Center…the list goes on. All of these projects came from Village residents’ ideas and discussion about enhancing the quality of life we enjoy here.
Our Phase I Homeowners Association Board knows that there are many more suggestions just waiting to be considered. We look to you, our residents and neighbors, for your thoughts and ideas. There are no “bad” ideas. Every idea is worthy of discussion and study.
So, get your friends together over a cup of coffee and start brainstorming. Tell us your ideas on what you think we could do to make Carrollwood Village an even more pleasant and special place to live, work and play.
Here are some of the suggestions we’ve received so far:
- Community garage sale at the soccer field.
- Generating revenue through different uses of the soccer field.
- Encouraging event partnerships between local businesses and the Cultural Center.
Tell us what you think. We’ll report regularly on the status of all the ideas submitted and keep you updated on the progress of the projects.
You can write to us c/o Dan Ruskiewicz at Greenacre Properties, 4131 Gunn Highway, Tampa 33618, or you can email us through the Carrollwood Village website.
