Carrollwood Village Phase III Homeowners Association

MEETING INFORMATION

The Carrollwood Village Phase III Homeowners Association Board of Directors Meetings are held on the next to the last Tuesday of every month. Meetings are customarily cancelled in May for the Annual Membership Meeting, during a summer month for a recess, and in December for the holidays. Call on the Thursday prior to the meeting to confirm there will be a meeting or to be placed on the agenda. Meeting notices are also posted on the bulletin board on the racquetball courts at the Phase III park at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. 
 
The Annual Membership meeting is held in May (date to be determined by the Board).  All members will be notified at least 14 days by mail prior to the meeting.
 
All meetings are held at the Carrollwood Cultural Center (Carrollwood Village Community Room), 4537 Lowell Road  at 7:00 p.m.
