Carrollwood Village has partnered with Greenacre Properties, Inc. as our trusted community management company for over 50 years. Carrollwood Village was the very first client of Greenacre Properties and their same deep commitment to excellence and a passion remains today. Greenacre has been instrumental is fostering vibrant, well-maintained neighborhoods, and they bring a wealth of expertise and experience to enrich the living experience within our community. Serving as the steward of community well-being, Greenacre Properties plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of Carrollwood Village, working closely with the Board of Directors and residents to create a harmonious and thriving environment.
Our dedicated Community Association Manager (CAM), Dawn Archambault, provides knowledgeable and hands-on management to oversee the day-to-day operations of Carrollwood Village. Dawn serves as a reliable point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, facilitating community events, and ensuring that all aspects of community maintenance and administration are meticulously managed. From upholding association guidelines and facilitating architectural reviews to implementing community enhancement projects, she works tirelessly to support the interests of the community and maintain the high standards that define Carrollwood Village.

Dawn Archambault is originally from Connecticut and has been residing in Florida since 2000. She moved to the Lennox subdivision of Carrollwood Village Phase II in 2002. She has a combination of over 20-years of experience in real estate sales, property management, customer service and project management. Her experience has enabled her to develop key skills to deliver exceptional business results. Her experience has enabled her to develop key skills to affectively handle all aspects of her role which includes building strong relationships with homeowners, vendors and board members alike. As a result of working with leaders of different companies, Dawn has been able to consistently expand her knowledge and has been in leadership roles since graduating high school. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is constantly striving to learn and grow. She recently obtained her CMCA designation and is currently working to obtain her AMS. Additionally, she is a Real Estate Broker and Florida Notary. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, fine dining, bowling and spending time with her four boys.
