Van Chandler became the Carrollwood Village – Community Association Manager in January 2013. Van replaced Dan Ruskiewicz, the former Community Association Manager who’s tenure lasted more than 25 years. Prior to accepting this position, Van was a Phase II board member from 2006 through 2011 and was the Phase II President for the 2011 and 2012 terms. Van brings extensive experience in management and budgets, knowledge of the regulations and laws governing all three phases of the association and is a valuable asset to the Carrollwood Village community.
Since his inception as Community Association Manager in 2013 Carrollwood Village has seen tremendous changes throughout it’s neighborhoods. From code enforcements, parks & recreation development and even neighborhood participation within the associations, Van is dedicated to helping Carrollwood Village remain at the top of Tampa’s most desired neighborhoods to reside.
