The Architectural Review Committee Forms are now available for online submission. In order to have your improvement / alteration considered you MUST complete the form accurately, filling in all blanks. Please use the following instructions when completing your online form:
Select the Phase of Carrollwood Village that you reside in. If you are NOT sure which phase you are in please use the “Where Do I Reside” button listed on the Resources page of this website to determine your phase. If you submit a form to an incorrect Phase, we will not be able to review your request.
Fill in all ALL fields of the form prior to submitting. If you have additional documents such as plans, specs, estimates or other documentation that you need to send for review, you will be able to upload these items within your online form submission.
We ask that homeowners requesting to make alterations or improvements list the Names and Addresses of four (4) neighbors that surround your property that you have personally informed about the improvement or alterations. This may or may not be required by your phase as indicated on the online form. Depending on the Phase that you live in and the type of improvements / alterations you plan to make, the neighbor information that you provide may be subject to verification prior to approval being issued. In most cases signatures are not required for ARC requests. Each request is reviewed on a case by case basis and you will be notified if additional neighbor information is necessary.
Please allow adequate time for the Architectural Review Committee to process your request. Certain improvements or alterations require additional information or approval time from the Association Board Members or Association Management. We work diligently to respond to all requests as quick as possible.
